In this 10-minute phone call, I will explain my methods and the process of the consultation. Afterward, you can decide whether my sleep consulting is right for you.

our personalized sleep consultation begins with a thorough analysis of your situation. You will fill out a questionnaire and sleep log in advance. Then, in a following 60-minute online consultation, we will work together to develop gentle solutions that suit your family, without rigid methods or sleep training.

After the initial consultation, I am available to assist you with the implementation of the strategies if desired through individually bookable follow-up sessions (30 or 60 minutes), were we will reflect on progress and adjust the methods if necessary.
